Data controller
A2DEV, [registered address], is responsible for the processing described here. For any question or request: [email protected]. A2DEV has not appointed a data protection officer.
What never leaves your computer
Connection strings (encrypted on your computer), the names of namespaces, queues, topics, subscriptions and rules, message bodies and properties. The app talks directly to your Azure Service Bus namespace; none of this goes through our services.

Recipients and processors
Only A2DEV accesses this data. It is hosted by:
- Aptabase (usage statistics), in the European Union;
- Supabase, Inc. (feedback, votes, installation identifiers, and the update check), with the database hosted in Ireland, in the European Union. Any access from outside the European Union relies on standard contractual clauses;
- Google Ireland Limited (website hosting with Firebase Hosting; Google Analytics), in the European Union. Google may transfer some data to the United States; these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and on standard contractual clauses;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery and security of the busrider.app website: content delivery network, protection against attacks, masking of email addresses from spam robots), in the United States. Every visit to the website goes through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and the technical data of the request, in the United States and in its data centres worldwide. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
Microsoft distributes the app through the Microsoft Store, under its own privacy policy.
Security
Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Only the Busrider app can send feedback and votes, and nobody outside A2DEV can read them.
