Terms of use
Last updated [date]
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the busrider.app website and of the Busrider application, published by A2DEV. Installing or using the application means you accept them.
2. License
Busrider is free of charge. A2DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the application. If you download it from the Microsoft Store, the Store's terms also apply.
3. Using the application
Busrider acts on your Azure Service Bus namespaces with the rights of the connection strings you give it. Some actions are final: purging, deleting messages, entities or rules. Check the target before you confirm.
You are responsible for the operations started from the application and for complying with Azure's terms.
4. Feedback and votes
- Do not send secrets (connection strings, keys), other people's personal data, or unlawful or abusive content.
- A2DEV may delete feedback that breaks these rules and limit how many can be sent.
- The vote guides the roadmap, without any commitment on content or date.
- By suggesting an idea, you agree that A2DEV may use it freely, without compensation.
5. Availability
A2DEV may change, suspend or stop the website, the application or the vote, in particular for maintenance. Updates may add, change or remove features.
6. Warranty and liability
The application is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, A2DEV is not liable for indirect damage, nor for the loss of messages or data resulting from an operation you confirmed.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The application, its code, name and logo remain the property of A2DEV. You may not sell them, or modify them to redistribute them, without written permission.
8. Personal data
See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
9. Changes to these terms
A2DEV may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first write to [email protected] to look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you can use the consumer mediator [mediator name and website] free of charge. Failing an agreement, the competent French courts may be seized.
